Baseball Recap: Wednesday's Loss Ends Licking's Winning Streak

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last five matchups, Licking finally came back down to earth on Wednesday. They took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Crocker Lions. The game marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Licking moved to 12-4 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak. As for Crocker, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-6.
