Basketball Recap: Beechwood Snaps Six-Game Streak of Losses at Home

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Holy Cross, Beechwood was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 43-26 victory over the Gallatin County Wildcats. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Tigers as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Beechwood's victory ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 6-7. As for Gallatin County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Beechwood will host Scott at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Gallatin County, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Gallatin County Wildcats duke it out with the Carroll County Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
