Lena-Winslow and Forreston are an even 3-3 against one another since April of 2017, but likely not for long. The Panthers are taking a road trip to take on the Cardinals at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Lena-Winslow lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Forreston, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Tuesday's contest. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 9-1 margin over the Cardinals on Tuesday. The Panthers not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 27th.

For Forreston's part, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Maddie Chesnek, who went 1-for-3 with one double. That double was Chesnek's first of the season.

Lena-Winslow has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for Forreston, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-13.
