Westbury was handed a three-point loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Spring Woods on Friday. The Westbury Huskies really took it to the Spring Woods Tigers for the full four quarters, racking up a 51-0 victory at home. With that win, the Huskies brought their scoring average up to 26.8 points per game.

David Baines was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 178 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries, and also threw for 196 yards and two touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes. The victory snapped Westbury's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-4 record. As for Spring Woods, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

Westbury will head out on the road to face off against Waltrip at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Waltrip will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Westbury surely won't give up without a fight. As for Spring Woods, they will be playing at home against Austin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Spring Woods is facing Austin at the right time seeing as Austin is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
