Soccer Recap: Tipton Comes Up Short

After flying high against Logansport on Monday, Tipton came back down to earth. The Blue Devils lost 5-2 to the West Lafayette Red Devils on Wednesday. The matchup was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Tipton struggled afterwards.

Kendall Coe wasn't going to let West Lafayette walk away unscathed as she scored both of Tipton's goals, bringing her season total up to 14 goals.

Tipton's loss dropped their record down to 6-8-1. As for West Lafayette, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Tipton wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 0-0 win against Benton Central on the 25th. As for West Lafayette, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-2 victory against Hamilton Heights on the 25th.
