Soccer Game Preview: Pendleton vs. Union County

The Pendleton Bulldogs will square off against the Union County Yellowjackets at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.

Pendleton lost 6-2 to Walhalla on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Union County hadn't done well against Clinton recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Yellowjackets narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Red Devils 5-4. It was an even better day for Tytavius Smith as he scored four goals for his team.

Union County moved to 4-14 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak. As for Pendleton, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-6.
