Volleyball Recap: Corry Snags Ninth Win in Last Ten Games

Corry won the last time they faced Cochranton and things went their way on Saturday too. The Beavers came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of 2-0.

Corry had a senior duo take command as Ava Hallberg had 19 assists and four digs and Sydney Mineo had 11 digs. Those 19 assists set a new season-high mark for Hallberg.

Corry has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-0-3 record this season. As for Cochranton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Corry wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against General McLane on the 20th. As for Cochranton, they will square off against Tidioute Charter at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
