Football Recap: Bishop Guilfoyle Makes It 11 in a Row at Home

Bishop Guilfoyle had won ten straight home games dating back to last season and Taurean Consiglio did his part to make it 11 on Thursday. The Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders took down the Port Allegany Gators 41-22 thanks in part to Consiglio, who rushed for 160 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.0 yards per carry. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September.

When it comes to explaining why Port Allegany lost, don't look at Aiden Bliss. Despite the final result, he rushed for 250 yards and three touchdowns. Bliss is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 120 every time he's taken the field this season.

Bishop Guilfoyle's victory bumped their record up to 15-1. As for Port Allegany, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-1.

As of now, neither Bishop Guilfoyle nor Port Allegany have any future games scheduled.
