Claremont comes up short despite Jaden Wang's strong performance

Recap: Claremont Wolfpack vs. Ayala Bulldogs
The Claremont Wolfpack's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their 11th straight defeat. They were outmatched by Ayala at home and fell 63-34. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Claremont in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now lost six in a row.
When it comes to explaining why Claremont lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jaden Wang. Despite the final result, he scored 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Hugo Montejo, who scored six points along with three steals.
Claremont has been struggling recently as they've lost 19 of their last 20 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-23 record this season. As for Ayala, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-10.
Claremont does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Ayala also has no future games currently scheduled.
