Baseball Recap: Napoleon Takes a Loss

Napoleon fell victim to Anthony Wayne and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Generals, falling 11-0. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Generals recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Napoleon's loss dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Anthony Wayne, they pushed their record up to 18-7 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Napoleon will challenge Patrick Henry at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Patriots' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Wildcats' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Anthony Wayne, they will square off against Pickerington Central at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
