Volleyball Recap: Fallbrook Victorious

Fallbrook won the last time they faced Calexico and things went their way on Saturday too. The Warriors came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0.

Taylor Thomas paced Fallbrook's offense, picking up seven kills. Thomas got some help from Stella Grubaugh and her 17 assists. Thomas also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Grace Nordeen, each putting up three.

Fallbrook's victory bumped their record up to 14-10. As for Calexico, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-18.

Fallbrook has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Sage Creek on the 14th. As for Calexico, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Palo Verde Valley on the 14th.
