Softball Recap: Seminary Takes a Loss

Seminary lost against Jefferson Davis County back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Seminary lost 11-3 to Jefferson Davis County. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Seminary's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 7-9. As for Jefferson Davis County, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Seminary will take on rival Magee at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Jefferson Davis County is set to square off against their familiar foe Hazlehurst at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
