It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Kuna ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the Kavemen who were credited with the win. The Kuna Kavemen got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to the Meridian Warriors's one. Winning may never get old, but Kuna sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Kuna now has a winning record of 8-7-1. As for Meridian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 11 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10-2 record this season.
