Basketball Recap: Miami Trace Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Miami Trace took on Circleville on Wednesday. The Miami Trace Panthers had to suffer through a 49-16 loss at the hands of the Circleville Tigers. The Panthers have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Miami Trace's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Circleville, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 16-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Miami Trace has already played their next contest (against Washington), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Circleville will welcome Fairfield Union at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Circleville has won eight straight at home, while Fairfield Union won eight straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
