Football Recap: Farrell's Run of Eight Straight Victories Now Over + How To Watch

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Farrell couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They came up short against the Southern Columbia Area Tigers on Friday, falling 43-22. The defensive woes were uncharacteristic for the Steelers, who until this game were averaging 11.69 points allowed.

Farrell's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Juelz Johnson, who picked up 45 receiving yards and two scores, and AAron Pegues, who threw for 202 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Speaking of playmakers, who could forget Jadon King-Vincent, who went all the way with a kickoff return for a touchdown.

Southern Columbia Area's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brayden Andrews, who rushed for 92 yards and two TDs. Another player making a difference was Joey Williams, who rushed for 91 yards and one touchdown.
