Raines had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They managed a 28-23 victory over the Booker Tornadoes on Friday. The Vikings' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

It was another big night for Timothy Cole, who threw for 192 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 162 yards on only 13 carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 55 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Adron Walker also helped with two touchdowns in total.

Raines pushed their record up to 13-0 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 47.5 points per game. As for Booker, the loss snapped their winning streak at seven games and leaves them with a 10-4 record.

Raines will face off against Northwestern at 7:30 p.m. on December 14th. Northwestern will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Raines surely won't give up without a fight. Booker does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
