Baseball Recap: East Side Red Raiders vs. Kearny Kardinals
East Side was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They lost 15-1 to the Kearny Kardinals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to East Side of the 4-3 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2023.
For Kearny's part, the team relied heavily on Jayden Diaz, who scored three runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was Edgar Portes, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.
