After failing to score in their last game, Petal made sure to put some goals up on the board against Pearl on Friday. Everything went their way against the Pearl Pirates as they made off with a 4-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won five contests by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Pearl with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Emerson White (2), Aniya Carter, and Kendall Robinson.

Petal is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those four games. As for Pearl, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-7 record this season.
