Timpson has gone 10-0 against Garrison recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Timpson Bears will take on the Garrison Bulldogs in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, Timpson beat Tenaha 46-37. The win was all the more spectacular given the Bears' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 766th, while the Tigers are ranked 315th).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Garrison). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat Beckville 62-31. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Timpson and bumps their season record up to 5-7. As for Garrison, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Timpson beat Garrison 57-48 when the teams last played back in January. Does Timpson have another victory up their sleeve, or will Garrison turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
