Hickory Ridge is 7-2 against Northwest Cabarrus since December of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. Having just played yesterday, the Ragin' Bulls will jump right back in to play the Trojans at 12:00 p.m. Hickory Ridge will be strutting in after a win while Northwest Cabarrus will be coming in after a defeat.

Hickory Ridge will bounce into Saturday's matchup after beating Lake Norman, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. The Ragin' Bulls came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 81-72 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Northwest Cabarrus had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of A.L. Brown by a score of 82-80 on Thursday. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Trojans couldn't quite close it out.

Hickory Ridge was able to grind out a solid victory over Northwest Cabarrus in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, winning 57-48. Will the Ragin' Bulls repeat their success, or do the Trojans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
