Basketball Recap: Pleasanton Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Devine, Pleasanton was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They secured a 48-43 W over the Somerset Bulldogs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 41-38 back in December of 2024.

Pleasanton's win bumped their record up to 12-15. As for Somerset, their defeat was their ninth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-23.

Pleasanton will head out to face off against Pearsall at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Pleasanton is facing Pearsall at the right time seeing as Pearsall is stuck on a 16-game losing streak. As for Somerset, they will be playing at home against Devine at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Devine will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Somerset surely won't give up without a fight.
