Softball Recap: Fayetteville Christian Warriors vs. Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots
If Fayetteville Christian was feeling good fresh off their 21-12 takedown of Village Christian Academy last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Fayetteville Christian lost 18-8 to the Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots on Monday. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Patriots recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.
Abigail Lagos made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored three runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. That's the most hits she has posted since back in April of 2024. Payten Simpson also deserves some recognition as she got her first hits of the season.
