Basketball Recap: Pickerington North Comes Up Short

Pickerington North lost against Grove City back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pickerington North Panthers had to suffer through a 59-31 loss at the hands of the Grove City Greyhounds. The matchup marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Pickerington North dropped their record down to 2-5 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Grove City, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

Pickerington North and Hilliard Darby will face off at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. As for Grove City, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Upper Arlington at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
