Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Junction). They blew past the Falls City Beavers 48-0 on Friday. The Eagles pushed the score to 41-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Beavers had no chance of recovering from.

Junction pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 40.7 points over those games. As for Falls City, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Junction and Falls City will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Eagles see the field they'll take on Center Point at 7:00 p.m. on October 10. As for Falls City, their break will end when they face Louise at 7:00 p.m. on October 10.
