Basketball Recap: East Brunswick Comes Up Short

East Brunswick lost against Highland Park back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The East Brunswick Bears took a 72-54 bruising from the Highland Park Owls. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

East Brunswick's defeat dropped their record down to 12-18. As for Highland Park, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-8 record this season.

East Brunswick didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 76-67 win against Cranford on the 21st. As for Highland Park, they will square off against Dunellen on Wednesday.
