Durant will bounce into Monday's contest after beating Tampa Bay Tech, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. Durant came out on top against Tampa Bay Tech by a score of 48-38 on Thursday. The Cougars didn't have much to brag about two games back, but this win makes it their second in a row.

Durant's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Niko Sosa, who posted 11 points and eight boards. Those eight rebounds gave Sosa a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Ocean Thompson, who had ten points.

Meanwhile, George Jenkins unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Friday. They took a blow against Eustis, falling 67-38. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Eagles have suffered since January 15th.

George Jenkins' loss dropped their record down to 14-11. As for Durant, their win ended an eight-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-19.
