Football Game Preview: Patterson Lumberjacks vs. Donaldsonville Tigers

The Patterson Lumberjacks will challenge the Donaldsonville Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Patterson has given up an average of 43.1 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Patterson's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against St. James on Friday. They took a blow against the Wildcats, falling 57-0. The loss continues a trend for the Lumberjacks in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost seven in a row.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Donaldsonville). They blew past Berwick, posting a 49-6 win. Considering the Tigers have won six matchups by more than 20 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
