Recap: Delano Tigers vs. Wonderful College Prep Academy Wolves
The Delano Tigers posted their biggest win since December 21, 2023 on Friday. They blew past Wonderful College Prep Academy, posting a 64-24 victory at home. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Delano also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2019.
Delano got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Mark Ragasa out in front who scored 11 points along with three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jotham Amodo, who scored nine points along with two steals.
Delano's win bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Wonderful College Prep Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.
Delano's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Kennedy at 4:00 p.m. on January 24th. As for Wonderful College Prep Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge Orosi at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Orosi has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
