Basketball Recap: Mishawaka HomeSchool W Takes a Loss

Mishawaka HomeSchool W's tournament run continued when they took on Shreveport HomeSchool Sports on Monday. The Mishawaka HomeSchool W Wildcats fell 54-47 to the Shreveport HomeSchool Sports Force. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the defeat, Mishawaka HomeSchool W saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Oliver CANNON shot 75% from the field en route to 20 points and eight rebounds. CANNON is becoming a predictor of Mishawaka HomeSchool W's success: when he posts at least 15 points the team is 3-1 (and 8-25 when he doesn't). Another player making a difference was CAEDEN TOLEDO, who posted three points and six assists.
