Pewaukee and Kimberly squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Pewaukee had to settle for second. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 48-47 to the Kimberly Papermakers. The Pirates' loss signaled the end of their 13-game winning streak.

Pewaukee's defeat dropped their record down to 25-3. As for Kimberly, the victory was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 27-1.
