Soccer Recap: Gate City Makes It Three in a Row at Home

After low-scoring totals in their previous three matchup, Gate City brought some dynamite into their most recent game. They never let the Ridgeview Wolfpack get on the board and left with a 7-0 win on Monday. Aubrey Smith was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Gate City's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-2-2. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those three contests. As for Ridgeview, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.
