Baseball Recap: Bennington Comes Up Short

Bennington was the 5-2 winner over Coleman when they last played one another back in March of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. The Bennington Bears lost 10-1 to the Coleman Wildcats on Thursday. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bennington's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Coleman, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Coleman beat Bennington by a score of 9-1 later that day.
