Football Recap: Vinton-Shellsburg Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Vinton-Shellsburg's offense. They were outmatched by the Denver Cyclones and fell 28-0. The shutout was out of character for the Vikings seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in September.

This is the second loss in a row for Vinton-Shellsburg and nudges their season record down to 3-5. As for Denver, their win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-5.

As of now, neither Vinton-Shellsburg nor the Cyclones have any future games scheduled.
