Basketball Recap: Monroe Takes a Loss

Monroe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 56-37 to the Juda Panthers. The Cheesemakers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2023.

Monroe's defeat dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Juda, with the win, they broke their seven-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-16.

Monroe has already played their next match (against Parkview), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Juda will challenge Black Hawk at 7:15 p.m. on February 11th.
