After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Logan-Rogersville, Buffalo was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Skyline Tigers, sneaking past 3-2. This was payback for the Bison, who suffered a 2-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Buffalo was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 25-16, 26-28, 22-25, 27-25, 15-7.

Leah White paced Buffalo's offense, picking up 27 kills. White got some help from Kenzie Wilson and her 41 assists. Shelby Samek controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Buffalo is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2-2 record this season. As for Skyline, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-2.

Buffalo didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Ava on the 13th. As for Skyline, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Forsyth on the 13th.
