Brighton never let their opponents score on Friday. They put the hurt on the Huron River Rats with a sharp 10-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won nine matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Brighton is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-13 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.4 runs over those games.
