Volleyball Recap: St. Mary's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Four

St. Mary waltzed into their contest on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Golden View Classical Academy Sentinels by a score of 2-0.

St. Mary's found their leader in freshman Ally Flanigan, who had seven digs and three aces.

St. Mary's was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 17 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September.

The win got St. Mary's back to even at 11-11. As for Golden View Classical Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-12.

Looking ahead, St. Mary's will take on Ellicott at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Golden View Classical Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
