Softball Recap: Chaparral Pumas vs. Katella Knights

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chaparral). They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Katella Knights on Saturday. The Pumas not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since March 28, 2024.

Keira Beierly was incredible, firing off two home runs and five RBI while going 2-for-4. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Marissa Vasquez, who scored two runs while going 2-for-2.
