Volleyball Recap: Buffalo Grove Takes a Loss

Buffalo Grove was the 2-0 winner over Glenbrook North when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bison fell 2-0 to the Spartans on Friday.

Glenbrook North's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Morgan Choi led the charge by getting 11 digs and three assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Habin Park, who had six digs and two aces.

Buffalo Grove has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season. As for Glenbrook North, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 17-1.

Buffalo Grove has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Leyden on the 3rd. As for Glenbrook North, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Niles North on the 3rd.
