Baseball Recap: Lebanon Comes Up Short

Lebanon was the 8-3 winner over Dupo when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Greyhounds lost 11-1 to the Tigers on Thursday. The Greyhounds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lebanon saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nicky Burger, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Lebanon's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Dupo, they moved to 3-16 with that victory, which also ended their 15-game losing streak.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Tigers beat Lebanon by a score of 5-1 on Monday.
