Baseball Recap: Vista Ridge Takes a Loss

Vista Ridge lost against Pueblo West last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Wolves fell 7-4 to the Cyclones. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Vista Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Pueblo West, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Vista Ridge will head out to challenge Pine Creek at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wolves' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Eagles have averaged an impressive 7 runs per game this season. As for Pueblo West, they will head out on the road to face off against Mountain Vista at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
