Softball Recap: Windom Comes Up Short

Windom fell victim to St. James and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Saints. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Saints: they've now lost three in a row.

Windom's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for St. James, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

While Windom had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
