Lincoln School had to skate by with only a two-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 34-point drubbing they dealt Mt. Pleasant on Friday. The Lincoln School Lynx breezed past the Mt. Pleasant Kilties to the tune of 65-31. The Lynx have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 24 points or more this season.

Lincoln School's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sarah Berube, who posted 32 points and five steals. The dominant performance gave Berube a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Reign Whiteing, who had 17 points in addition to four steals and three blocks.

The victory was the sixth in a row for Lincoln School, bringing their record for this year to 17-1. As for Mt. Pleasant, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-15.

Lincoln School wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 71-33 win against Times Squared Academy on the 10th. As for Mt. Pleasant, they have also already played their next game, a 35-19 defeat against Hope on the 11th.
