Soccer Recap: Bensalem Takes a Loss

Bensalem was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the Pennsbury Falcons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Pennsbury this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-0 back in September.

Bensalem's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Pennsbury, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-5-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Bensalem is set to challenge their familiar foe Harry S. Truman at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Pennsbury will face off against rival Neshaminy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
