Page County and Luray are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2019, but likely not for long. The Panthers will take on the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Luray took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Page County, who comes in off a win.

Page County will roll into the match after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one goal last Tuesday, then bounced right back against Strasburg on Friday. The Panthers blew past the Rams 5-2. Considering Page County's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

They hit Strasburg with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sam O'Neill (2), Dawson Richards (2), and Reed Richards.

Meanwhile, after soaring to five goals the game before, Luray was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They lost 11-0 to Clarke County.

Luray's loss dropped their record down to 2-9-1. As for Page County, their win bumped their record up to 7-5-1.

Everything went Page County's way against Luray in their previous matchup back in April, as Page County made off with a 6-2 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
