Soccer Recap: Tough Loss for Bangor Christian

The Bangor Christian Patriots lost 9-3 to the Washington Academy Raiders on Wednesday. Bangor Christian have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bangor Christian has now lost 10 of their last 13 games on the road. That's part of the reason why they have a 4-7-1 record this season. As for Washington Academy, they pushed their record up to 5-5-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bangor Christian will host Penobscot Valley at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Washington Academy, they have the luxury of staying home for another game and will welcome George Stevens Academy at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. George Stevens Academy's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal (dating back to last season), so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
