Cedar Bluff won the last time they faced Wellborn and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cedar Bluff Tigers secured a 62-58 W over the Wellborn Panthers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Cedar Bluff's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Zach Jones, who went 6 of 14 on his way to 18 points and five rebounds. Jones is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaac Bishop, who posted five points in addition to six rebounds and five blocks.

Wellborn lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Ray Williams, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 15 boards. Another player making a difference was Jaxon Newton, who went 6 of 12 on his way to 15 points and three blocks.

Cedar Bluff is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season. As for Wellborn, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
