Softball Recap: Salisbury Comes Up Short

Salisbury was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 20th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 20-1 to the South Rowan Raiders. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, with their most recent defeat being a 21-2 loss on April 10th.

Salisbury saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Khloe Burroff-Smith, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one RBI.

Salisbury's defeat dropped their record down to 0-19. As for South Rowan, they pushed their record up to 19-2 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home.

As of now, neither Salisbury nor the Raiders have any future games scheduled.
