Game recap: Central Dauphin posts big fourth quarter in win over State College

Central Dauphin (Harrisburg, Pa.) didn't let up as Saturday's game came to a close, scoring 10 in the fourth quarter to seal a 32-7 victory over State College (Pa.).

The Rams were up 16-0 at the half after taking the lead on a touchdown run by Drew Scales in the first quarter.

Central Dauphin saw its 16-point halftime lead fall to 15 entering the fourth.

The Little Lions' Dan Fry played well. The senior running back caught one touchdown. He has now scored two touchdowns on the season.

Scales played well for CD in the victory. The senior ran for three touchdowns. He has now scored eight touchdowns on the season.

State College's lone touchdown came on a 20-yard pass from Pat Irwin to Fry in the third quarter.



A 26-17 Central Dauphin victory was the result when the squads faced off last season.

With the win the Rams extended their winning streak to three games.

In a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth game next week Central Dauphin (4-1) takes on Mifflin County, and State College (3-2) will go up against Chambersburg also in a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth game.
