Northeast Jones won the last time they faced Quitman and things went their way on Friday too. The Tigers blew past the Panthers 13-1. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won nine matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

Kaden Padgett was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. Jax Sullins was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.

Northeast Jones hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least five batters in three consecutive contests.

Northeast Jones' win bumped their record up to 12-6-1. As for Quitman, they dropped their record down to 10-10 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road.
